Throughout Nicole’s “non-linear” career, three elements have been consistent… a love for unpacking a brand’s essence, a tenacity for business strategy alignment, and geekiness for human-centred and data-driven design. In its simplest form, Hyphen is the culmination of those passions.

Having worked extensively on both the client and consulting side, Nicole acts as a link (or translator!) between the organisations and the workplace design and construction industry.

As a Workplace leader, Nicole engages with Executives across the Pacific to co-create a bold vision for their future, uncover the opportunities and challenges inherent in achieving it, and offer realistic and compelling recommendations to get them there.

Having previously been CBRE’s Regional Director for Workplace Strategy and Change Management and the Sydney Managing Director of Siren Design Group (workplace interior design specialists), Nicole supported a diverse array of occupiers and landlords as they undertook transformations that fundamentally changed the day-to-day lives of their people for the better.
